Tatiana Fittipaldi is the Director of Programs in the Global Events department at the Institute of International Finance (IIF). An accomplished events strategist with more than 20 years of experience, Tatiana is responsible for developing program agendas for IIF’s annual global meetings and overseeing all aspects of high-profile speaker participation, which includes leaders from the financial industry, heads of state, and senior government officials.

Before joining the IIF, Tatiana served as Vice President of Meetings and Events at the Financial Services Roundtable (FSR, now BPI), a nonpartisan policy, research, and advocacy organization representing the nation’s leading banks.

Tatiana’s extensive background in hospitality includes senior leadership roles with Mandarin Oriental Hotels and Marriott Hotels, where she worked closely with diplomats, heads of state, and executives in financial services and law, focusing on event design, execution, and program management.

Education

Tatiana holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from ESH School of Hotel Administration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a concentration in Project and Operations Management. She is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), an internationally recognized designation from the Events Industry Council, and has earned a Project Management Certification from Georgetown University. She is an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She is fluent in both Spanish and English, with a working knowledge of Portuguese and French.
